We offer free UK delivery over £58 within the UK Mainland. Express delivery options will be fulfilled in 1-3 working days; however, costs may vary depending on the location. We strive to have all items dispatched within two working days of the order placed, however there may be a rare occasion where this takes up to 28 days. An email confirmation of dispatch containing the tracking number and courier details will be sent from us. This enables you to conveniently follow the journey of your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
Our couriers will make every effort to deliver your items between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and require a signature for the goods. If there is extra information that you would like our couriers to know such as a safe location or an alternative day/time then please add this information in the comments box provided when placing your order.

Ashantirugs offers a 30-day Return on any product purchased. If you shouldn’t be satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, simply contact us within 30 days after your purchase date and our customer service team will guide you through the return process. You will, have to cover the returning costs of your order. You can arrange for the return using a courier of your choice or alternatively let us handle that for you. Please note that collections are considerably more expensive than the original delivery, as it is a "one off" collection rather than the courier picking up multiple items from our warehouse at the daily times arranged.
If you prefer for us to handle the return for you the cost will vary depending on the item being returned, you will be informed of the cost before proceeding the process. The full value of the original order (including any original delivery fee) will be refunded with the collection cost being deducted.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or imperfect we will happily exchange it or issue a full refund. All our goods are checked and securely packaged before they are dispatched, your goods should be delivered to you in the same well packaged condition. If you receive an item and the packaging is damaged, please sign for the parcel as damaged on the courier's delivery note, this will aid us in verifying that the item is damaged.
